This green onyx bracelet was worked as a plain row of deep green with a matte surface. No casting mold was used - it was threaded bead by bead at a workbench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar, in the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench. Because the tone of the green shifts from bead to bead, the row reads as a gradient rather than one flat color.
Onyx was used in antiquity as a seal and ring stone and was held to be protective. Its green form is traditionally carried with an intention of renewal and calm.
Keep away from perfume, creams and water; wipe with a soft cloth.

If you have a ring
- Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits comfortably, in millimetres (from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge).
