Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Unique colour and texture variations that come from the nature of genuine stones are not defects and are not grounds for return.
• Custom-made or made-to-measure pieces may fall outside the right of withdrawal.

Return Process

Send your return request with your order number to iletisim@hasimidogaltas.com. After confirmation, ship the product with our contracted courier. Once it reaches us and is inspected, your payment is refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
