This form sets out, pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the matters you need to know before completing your order. By confirming your order, you accept that you have read this form and have been duly informed.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Product Subject to the Contract

The type and kind of the product you have ordered, details of the natural stone and metal used (silver fineness, gold plating, etc.), size and weight details, quantity, colour and images are set out on the relevant product page and in the order summary you view before payment. This information is an integral part of this form.

Our products contain natural stone and handcraft. Variations in colour, texture, veining and internal formations from piece to piece in natural stones arise from the natural structure of the stone and are not deemed defects. Differences in colour rendering depending on screen settings also fall within this scope.

3. Sale Price and Payment

  • The prices displayed on the site are in Turkish Lira and are inclusive of all taxes.
  • Any shipping fee is shown separately, in addition to the product price, in the cart and in the order summary. Shipping is free of charge for orders of 2,000 TL and above.
  • The total amount payable by you (product price + shipping fee, if any) is clearly stated in the order summary before you proceed to the payment step.
  • Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the site. Your card details are not seen or stored by us; payment is carried out through the infrastructure of the bank / payment institution.
  • If payment by instalments is selected, the number of instalments to be applied and any interest charge are shown at the payment step.

4. Delivery

  • Recipient and delivery address: the person and address you notify when placing your order.
  • Method of delivery: through our contracted courier companies (MNG Kargo / DHL).
  • Delivery time: products in stock are handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days; shipping time is approximately 2 business days depending on the region. In all cases the maximum delivery time is 30 days from the placing of the order.
  • Shipping cost: for orders below 2,000 TL, the fixed amount shown in the cart; for orders above this amount, shipping is free of charge.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

  • Method of notice: You may send your withdrawal notice, before the period expires, by e-mail to iletisim@hasimidogaltas.com or in writing to Molla Fenari Mah. Bileyciler Sk. No:8, Kapalıçarşı, Fatih / İstanbul.
  • Return period: You must return the product within 10 days from your withdrawal notice.
  • Return shipping cost: Where the contracted courier company and the return code notified in the return confirmation e-mail are used, the return shipping cost is borne by the Seller. If you prefer a different carrier, the shipping cost is borne by you.
  • Refund: Within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice reaches us, the price of the product and any delivery cost you paid are refunded in a manner consistent with the payment instrument you used for the purchase.
  • Condition of the product: The product must be unused and complete with its box, certificate and tags. You are liable for any loss in value caused by your fault.

6. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation:

  • Made-to-order / personalised items prepared in line with your requests or personal needs (pieces engraved with a name/letter/date, manufactured to bespoke measurements, or custom-designed),
  • Products whose protective elements (hygiene seal, packaging, seal) have been opened and which are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene — earrings fall within this scope.

7. Complaint and Dispute Resolution Channels

In the event of a dispute, you may apply to the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees at your place of residence or at the place where the transaction was carried out, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding those limits. You may also submit your applications through the Turkish Ministry of Trade's Consumer Information System (TÜBİS / e-Devlet).
