Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time

Orders are usually handed to the courier within 1 business day of payment confirmation (orders placed before 13:00 ship the next day). Delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on the region.

Shipping Fee

Shipping is free on orders of 5.000 TL and above; for orders below, a flat shipping fee is shown in the cart.

Courier

Shipments are sent with our contracted courier. Your tracking number is e-mailed to you once the order ships.

Delivery Area

We deliver all across Türkiye. For international orders, please contact us on WhatsApp — we will arrange it together.

Damaged Delivery

If the parcel looks damaged, have the courier record it before accepting the delivery and notify us at iletisim@hasimidogaltas.com.
