Terms of Sale (Distance Sales Agreement)

1. Parties and Subject

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded between the Seller identified below and the Buyer placing an order via www.hasimidogaltas.com, pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Product Subject to the Agreement

The type, kind, quantity, sales price and payment method of the product are as stated in the information presented to and approved by the Buyer during checkout. The total price including taxes is shown in the order summary.

3. General Provisions

The Buyer confirms having read and approved the essential characteristics of the product, its sales price, payment method and delivery information. Natural stones are unique in colour, texture and veining in every piece; such variations are not considered defects.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered by courier to the address provided by the Buyer within the legal period (30 days at the latest) following order confirmation. See the Shipping & Delivery page for details.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. See the Returns, Cancellation & Withdrawal page for details.

6. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, are competent for disputes arising from this agreement.
