Care
You may clean it by holding it briefly under running water; do not expose it to water for long. Protect from perfume, cream, and alcohol-based liquids. Do not store in the same compartment as other jewelry; it is sensitive to impact and scratches.
Returns and exchanges
If you don't know your ring size, you can measure it in two minutes:
If you have a ring
- Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits comfortably, in millimetres (from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge).
- Send us the measurement — we will match it to the closest Hashimi size for you.
If you don't have a ring
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string around the finger you'll wear the ring on, passing over the knuckle.
- Mark where it meets and measure the strip flat — this is your finger circumference (mm).
- Send us this measurement and we'll find the right size together.
Not sure? Write to us on WhatsApp — we'll sort it out in minutes. If the size arrives wrong, we exchange it free of charge within 14 days.
