Sapphire prayer beads (tesbih) with a star and crescent tassel; the deep blue beads are finished with a 925 sterling silver head bead and tassel. No casting mold was used — at a workbench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar they were strung bead by bead in the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench.
The sapphire beads sit heavy and cool in the palm; the star and crescent tassel turns with a silver sound at every pull. Sapphire is traditionally associated with wisdom and inner confidence; it is counted the stone of royalty.

- Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits comfortably, in millimetres (from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge).
- Send us the measurement — we will match it to the closest Hashimi size for you.
If you don't have a ring
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string around the finger you'll wear the ring on, passing over the knuckle.
- Mark where it meets and measure the strip flat — this is your finger circumference (mm).
- Send us this measurement and we'll find the right size together.
