Tanzanite is seated on a wide table on a 925 sterling silver men's ring; the violet blue sits heavy above the thick band. It was shaped without a mold; at a workbench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar it passed through the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench. It comes in ring sizes 10, 11 and 12 (Turkish sizing).
Tanzanite is traditionally counted as the stone of new beginnings; it comes out only in Tanzania, in a single valley facing Kilimanjaro. It is carried with an intention of changing direction.
Keep away from perfume, creams and water; wipe with a soft cloth.

If you have a ring
- Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits comfortably, in millimetres (from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge).
