In the moon model moldavite natural stone silver necklace M2, the stone was taken inside a crescent-shaped silver frame. A master with more than thirty years at the bench worked it one at a time, mold-free, at his workbench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar. The curve of the crescent is bent by hand, so the line of every piece belongs to itself.
Moldavite is a green glass formed by a meteorite impact; its name comes from the Moldau river in Czechia. It is traditionally carried with the intention of transformation.
