In the pearl and green agate necklace, the white of the nacre was lined up beside the veined green of the agate. It was worked mold-free; at a bench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar it was strung bead by bead in the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench. Because the banded pattern of the agate comes out differently in every bead, the row is never repeated.
Pearl is traditionally associated with tenderness and stillness. Agate is the oldest ring and seal stone of Anatolia; it is carried with the intention of protection.

- Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits comfortably, in millimetres (from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge).
- Send us the measurement — we will match it to the closest Hashimi size for you.
If you don't have a ring
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string around the finger you'll wear the ring on, passing over the knuckle.
- Mark where it meets and measure the strip flat — this is your finger circumference (mm).
- Send us this measurement and we'll find the right size together.
