On these double turquoise natural stone silver earrings two stones are seated one above the other in each earring; the blue is repeated twice. No casting mold was involved; it passed through the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench, at a workbench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar. Because all four stones carry a separate vein, this pair belongs to itself.
In Anatolia turquoise is counted as a protective stone and it is the color of the evil-eye charm. It is traditionally carried with an intention of safety.
Keep away from water and perfume; wipe with a soft cloth.
