On these labradorite natural stone silver hoop earrings the stone travels along a round line; the blue-green sheen on the surface flickers according to the angle. No casting mold was used - at a workbench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar it was worked one at a time in the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench. Because the place of the sheen differs in every stone, the two earrings of the pair are not alike.
Labradorite takes its name from the Labrador coast in Canada and is known for the play of light on its surface. It is traditionally carried with an intention of intuition and inner change.
