Yemeni agate was taken into a 925 sterling silver women's ring; the deep red stone speaks alone on the plain band. It was worked mold-free; at a bench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar it passed through the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench. Ring sizes 8, 9 and 10 (Turkish sizing) are available.
Agate is traditionally regarded as the old ring stone of Anatolia; it is associated with protection and patience. Yemeni agate is the most sought-after red of that family, and it is cut as a seal stone.

- Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits comfortably, in millimetres (from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge).

- Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string around the finger you'll wear the ring on, passing over the knuckle.
- Mark where it meets and measure the strip flat — this is your finger circumference (mm).
- Send us this measurement and we'll find the right size together.
