Rutilated quartz is set into a moon-shaped ring; the golden threads inside the clear stone stand like beams of light beside the crescent metal. It was worked without a mold; at a workbench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar it was finished one at a time in the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench. Ring sizes 8, 9 and 10 (Turkish sizing) are available.
Rutilated quartz is traditionally associated with clarity and inner direction; the golden threads inside it have been called the hair of Venus. It is carried to hold an intention clear.
Keep away from perfume, creams and water; wipe with a soft cloth.

If you don't know your ring size, you can measure it in two minutes:
If you have a ring
- Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits comfortably, in millimetres (from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge).
- Send us the measurement — we will match it to the closest Hashimi size for you.
If you don't have a ring
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string around the finger you'll wear the ring on, passing over the knuckle.
- Mark where it meets and measure the strip flat — this is your finger circumference (mm).
- Send us this measurement and we'll find the right size together.
