On these amethyst natural stone 925 sterling silver earrings the purple stone is taken into the cool shine of the silver. It was worked mold-free; at a workbench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar it was finished one at a time in the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench. Because the prongs are closed by hand, the seat of each earring belongs to itself.
Amethyst is traditionally associated with clarity of mind and calm. In ancient Greece it was counted as the stone of clear thought.
