The moldavite natural stone silver necklace M2 was prepared with a plain setting that leaves the green glassy face of the stone at the center. It was worked mold-free; at a bench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar it was made one at a time in the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench. Because the dips and rises on the surface of moldavite are natural, no two stones are exactly alike.
Moldavite is a green glass formed by the impact of a meteorite, and it takes its name from the Moldau river in Czechia. It is traditionally carried with the intention of transformation and of finding one's direction.
