A diamond is set into a 925 sterling silver necklace with a Native American head motif; the lines of the motif are raised in relief in the silver. No casting mold was used — at a workbench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar it was worked one at a time in the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench.
The diamond takes its name from an ancient Greek word meaning unconquerable. It is traditionally carried for clarity, endurance and resolve.

If you have a ring
- Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits comfortably, in millimetres (from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge).

- Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string around the finger you'll wear the ring on, passing over the knuckle.
- Mark where it meets and measure the strip flat — this is your finger circumference (mm).
