Oval-cut silver prayer beads (tesbih), medium size; instead of spheres the 925 sterling silver beads were drawn slightly long, in a shape that settles on the finger. No casting mold was used — at a workbench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar they were strung bead by bead in the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench.
Oval beads slide between the fingers more softly than round ones. Prayer beads are traditionally counted the companion of patience and remembrance; silver is associated with purity.
Keep away from perfume, creams and water; wipe with a soft cloth.

If you have a ring
- Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits comfortably, in millimetres (from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge).
- Send us the measurement — we will match it to the closest Hashimi size for you.

- Mark where it meets and measure the strip flat — this is your finger circumference (mm).
