Tourmaline was fastened to this necklace between silver prongs; the prongs hold the stone at its edge and leave its face open. No casting mold was used; at a workbench in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar the piece was built stone by stone in the hands of a master with more than thirty years at the bench.
Tourmaline is traditionally associated with serenity. The first stones to come from Sri Lanka were called the rainbow stone in Europe; it is carried with the intention of inner stillness.
Keep away from perfume, creams and water; wipe with a soft cloth.

Returns and exchanges
If you don't know your ring size, you can measure it in two minutes:
If you have a ring
- Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits comfortably, in millimetres (from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge).
- Send us the measurement — we will match it to the closest Hashimi size for you.
If you don't have a ring
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string around the finger you'll wear the ring on, passing over the knuckle.
- Mark where it meets and measure the strip flat — this is your finger circumference (mm).
- Send us this measurement and we'll find the right size together.
Not sure? Write to us on WhatsApp — we'll sort it out in minutes. If the size arrives wrong, we exchange it free of charge within 14 days.
